The birds were not there upon inspection by you and they are not pet birds, and for all you know they came just to lay their eggs, amongst old bottles. The only thing you can get the previous owners for would be bottle removal. The Strata has to pay for "pest control". I would go after the Strata. Good luck, S. He paid up the day after I served him with the papers. I'm very glad I made him sign a sub-let contract when he moved in.
