I'm not really worried about the trip back. We get a regular night's sleep, then we fly home. By the time actually walk in the door, it's time to go to bed anyways. ;-) And it's a long weekend.

BTW, I am used to being screwed up by nine hours of time difference. Four's just boring. *lol*</description>

		<description>That sounds really familiar to my departure/arrival times for my flights YVR-MIA except I connected through Toronto.

I found that on the way down I didn't manage to sleep on the overnight leg, but I did get some fitful rest in on the morning/afternoon bit.  A nap once I got to Miami from 2:00pm-3:00pm local time was all I needed to re-set and was perfectly happy to sleep that night at 11pm.  From then on I was ready to go on Carribean time with little problem.

Coming home though, Oy.  It took at least four days before I felt back to normal on PST!</description>
